Ohioans are very nice as people, but cold fish as interview subjects. I speak from three years of experience with them. Where you from?

I think you talked to the wrong Ohioans. Then again, I only interview people in the motorsports industry, so I suppose my sample is biased. However, I speak from 12 years of interview experience, I'm from Columbus. And we are NOT defensive! Well, maybe... :)
