I do think he underrates both the Giant Chewy SweeTarts and Shock Tarts, however. Okay, Giant Chewy SweeTarts actually are disgusting. But Shock Tarts were the bomb for a couple years there.
Chewy Sprees, though different, are in no way inferior to the SweeTart. I mean, it set the precedent to such popular candies as Runts which, in my humble opinion, do not compare (it's like biting into a tooth – too hard, too hard). I'm just sad that Chewy Sprees are so hard to come by these days, mostly found in convenient stores or quarter candy machines out in the boondocks. They're my favorite roadtrip candy.
