I'm working on a teacher housing development in Saratoga (the school districts overlap). I go to lots of PTA meetings there and it's true and it's talked about.
I meant it's true that there's flight.
Also, I grew up in Palo Alto, which, as the article points out, academically was pretty similar, but was mostly white.
